Have you ever heard about bad installs?
Here at MediaComs we never hear a customer say we have done a bad job. In our years of working we have never heard the words “this is a bad install”. We are proud of this achievement and this gives us the drive to give the best every single day.
Consequences of Bad Installs
A good quality aerial and the proper aerial installation can make a big impact on your viewing experience. Here are just some of the consequences of having bad aerial installs.
Poor reception. Aerials that are not pointed in the right direction can cause you to have really poor reception or worse, no reception at all.
Unstable Aerials. Using the wrong wall screw (or lack thereof), brackets or poles can make the aerial installation unstable. We all know what happens to an unstable installation. It can cause the aerial to move a lot which will greatly affect the kind of reception that you will get. Not only that. This can also be a potential risk to those who are within the area. It’s like an accident waiting to happen.
Ugly Exterior. If the aerial installation appears to be unstable or the cable is too long, it may not be a good sight especially if the aerials are seen by the public.
There is always the risk of something going wrong on a job but we always double check and make sure everything is in tip top shape. MediaComs strive to keep our bad installs to a minimum (or none at all) as best as possible. Our aerial installers always make sure the job is to the customers satisfactory before we pack up. Trust that we will always discuss the recently completed work with the customer before leaving the premises so as not to have any mistakes lingering or any unwanted problems.
